Graduate Information System

ATTENTION TO OUR GRADUATES

The Alumni Portal in the Student Information System of our university has been reorganised and put into service in order to strengthen the communication between our graduates and our university.

Our graduates will be able to log in to the system via the link https://obs.beun.edu.tr/oibs/kariyer by following the paths below.

1- On the login page of the system, enter your eleven-digit Republic of Turkey ID number in the section labelled ‘TC ID No’,

2- Enter the first five digits of your Turkish ID number in the section that says password,

3- Complete the registration process by typing the verification code of the system.

4- In the Personal Information section, check that your contact and career information is up-to-date and edit your information such as education, job, internship.

5- You can access the standard CV form created with the information you entered by pressing the CV button. You can also make the necessary updates and changes on this form. You can send your questions about your CV to our Career Centre via the graduate address.

6- Our graduates who request a Graduate Card should upload their "passport photographs taken within the last 6 months" to the system and send them to the alumni address;

‘I have logged in to the Alumni Information System. I share my information required to receive an Alumni Card below. I request that my Alumni Card be prepared and sent to my current address specified on the system.’
